How to Use the Intimate Rose Pelvic Wand

The user guide for the pelvic rod is available in French here

Step 1

Choose which end to use and apply a sufficient amount of lubricant to the wand and to the vagina or anus. Use only a water-based lubricant to avoid damaging the medical-grade silicone.

Step 2

Lie down on
  • on your back, with your knees bent and your feet on the floor OR
  • Lie on your side, bend your knees, and support your upper leg with a folded pillow between your knees.

Step 3

Start your session by inhaling and letting your belly expand, then exhale, letting your belly slowly deflate. Slow exhalation helps naturally relax the pelvic floor muscles. Repeat the deep breathing pattern and continue to do so regularly and deliberately. Gently insert the wand as you exhale.

Step 4

Gently insert the tip of the wand until you feel a sensitive spot. When you find the tender spot, gently press the tip of the stick into it with the same amount of pressure you would use to check if a tomato is ripe. For example, don’t press so hard that you crush your tomato.

Step 5

Apply gentle pressure to the tender spot and slowly move your bent knee to the left and right until you find a position that relieves the pain in your pelvic floor muscle. Once you’ve found this position, stay in it for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the tender spot to relax completely. Repeat this process once or twice a day, as needed.
