Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms of Use
- Subject
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the standard and contractual terms under which individuals or legal entities may purchase products and services from Périnée Suisse Sàrl.
- Legal Notice
The websites https://www.perineeSuisse.ch/ and https://www.beckenboden.ch, as well as the activities of Périnée Suisse, are owned by:
Périnée Suisse Sàrl

P.O. Box 303

- Definition of the Parties
The parties are identified in the Terms and Conditions below according to their respective roles:
3.1. “The Seller” means Périnée Suisse and its owners
3.2. “The Customer” refers to the legal entity or individual who enters into the sales contract with the seller by accepting the Terms and Conditions during the purchase process, whether for personal use or for resale.
3.3. “The Product” means the goods or services purchased by the customer.
- Products
4.1. Périnée Suisse products are physical goods or services purchased, manufactured, outsourced, or designed by Périnée Suisse Sàrl for its customers.
4.2. Training programs, courses, and seminars are services offered by Périnée Suisse Sàrl and commissioned by Périnée Suisse Sàrl.
- Scope of Application and Business Days
5.1. Sales Contract: Any transaction resulting in the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the payment terms specified at the time of the order constitutes a sales contract.
5.2. Exclusivity of the Terms and Conditions: The execution of the transaction, delivery, and provision of services are governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, upon which all sales contracts entered into with Périnée Suisse Sàrl are based. Any general terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from the provisions set forth below shall not apply.
5.3. Business days: Delivery times are always expressed in business days. These include all days of the week except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays recognized by law in Switzerland and in the canton of Valais.
- Conclusion of the Contract
6.1. Binding Order if the Order Was Placed on the Website: By clicking the “Confirm” button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. If the order was placed through another channel, signing the quote or providing written order confirmation (email, WhatsApp) constitutes a binding order. Once the order confirmation has been sent, the order is considered irrevocable. In the event of force majeure, the buyer must submit a written request, supported by evidence, to Périnée Suisse Sàrl.
6.2. Binding sales contract. A binding contract is formed upon delivery of the ordered goods or as soon as the services are rendered.
6.3. Prepayment / Reservation / Order: Please note that for orders requiring prepayment (reservation), production and delivery of the ordered goods will not begin until the full amount has been credited to the Périnée Suisse account. If payment is not made no later than 15 days after the order confirmation (for the device) is sent, despite the payment being due and despite any payment reminder, the contract will be terminated. This will result in the cancellation of your order and release Périnée Suisse Sàrl from its obligation to deliver. The order is then deemed terminated without any further consequences for the customer or for Périnée Suisse Sàrl. Consequently, an item may be reserved in the event of advance payment for a maximum of 15 days.
- Price
The price listed is the amount to be paid by the customer. It is indicated on the invoice. The amount listed in the quote may vary depending on written agreements between Périnée Suisse Sàrl and the customer. The price listed on the invoice is the final net price; this means it includes the applicable statutory VAT and all other components of the price. This amount must be paid in full; otherwise, reminder fees may be charged to you.
- Payment
8.1 Invoices: These are sent with your order, and if agreed upon between the customer and Périnée Suisse Sàrl, you agree to receive your invoices electronically. A copy of the invoice will be included with your shipment.
8.2 Payment Methods: We offer various payment methods (advance payment by bank transfer, TWINT, PayPal, and invoice for businesses). Generally speaking, we offer the following payment methods. For each order, Périnée Suisse Sàrl reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods and to direct the customer to the other available payment methods.
8.3 Payment Fees: Under no circumstances will we cover any fees incurred as a result of a payment transaction.
8.4 Terms of Payment: These are definitively established and accepted at the time the offer is accepted.
8.5 Payment Terms: For payments made upon receipt of an invoice, the purchase price is due by the date specified on the invoice. If payment is not made within the time frame set forth in the payment terms, afirst reminder will be sent by mail at no charge, although this is not mandatory.
In addition, the amount of the outstanding invoice (including late payment interest and late payment fees) will be referred to the appropriate debt collection authorities for collection.
8.7 Collection costs. The customer in arrears is required to reimburse, in addition to the invoice amount, reminder fees, and interest, all collection costs.
- Delivery
9.1 Items in stock. Items marked “in stock” on the website are shipped immediately after the order is confirmed and, if applicable, after the prepayment has been received.
9.1.1 The name and shipping address must be provided when placing the order. Otherwise, Périnée Suisse Sàrl cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of the merchandise.
9.2 Deliveries: Deliveries are made by us, by Swiss Post, or by courier.
9.3 Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount is specified and accepted at the time the order is placed. These costs include shipping and packaging fees. In the event that the merchandise has not been delivered to the recipient, the recipient must take the necessary steps with Swiss Post or the courier company. Périnée Suisse Sàrl assumes no responsibility for non-delivery after the tracking number has been provided.
9.4 Out of Stock: Périnée Suisse Sàrl assumes no risk related to procurement. Périnée Suisse Sàrl is solely responsible for delivery.
Items available in its inventory or that Périnée Suisse Sàrl has received from its suppliers following its order.
9.5 Obligation to Deliver. The obligation to deliver is waived if Périnée Suisse Sàrl fails to deliver properly or on time despite the existence of a compliant and adequate hedging contract.
9.5.1 The obligation to provide courses or training sessions is waived when the conditions necessary for their proper conduct are not met. These include a lack of participants, the absence of the instructor or facilitator, or the unavailability or inaccessibility of the course location.
9.6 Périnée Suisse Sàrl’s obligation to deliver is also waived if Périnée Suisse Sàrl is not responsible for the unavailability of the goods and has immediately notified customers of this fact.
9.6.1 Périnée Suisse Sàrl reserves the right to offer alternative solutions, whether in terms of products or services.
9.6.2 Conducting training sessions via videoconference rather than in person is considered an acceptable alternative, provided that the subject matter does not require hands-on practice.
9.7 Delivery Times. The delivery time shall be extended appropriately in the event of force majeure that prevents delivery.
9.7.1 Definition of force majeure. Force majeure refers to an event that is unforeseen, insurmountable, and beyond a person’s control. Thus, the event must be both: unforeseeable (it prevents the contract from being performed) and unexpected (it could not have been foreseen at the time the contract was entered into).
The following are considered cases of force majeure: strikes, lockouts, government intervention, shortages of raw materials or energy, transportation difficulties for which Périnée Suisse Sàrl is not responsible, and operational disruptions for which Périnée Suisse Sàrl is not responsible (e.g., due to fire, water damage, or damage to machinery, and any other impediments that can objectively be considered beyond the control or fault of Périnée Suisse Sàrl).
9.7.2 Périnée Suisse Sàrl will immediately notify the customer of the start and end of such impediments.
9.7.3 If the delay resulting from the aforementioned circumstances persists for more than 6 weeks beyond the originally scheduled delivery date without an acceptable alternative being proposed, you are entitled to terminate the contract. No additional claims, in particular for damages, may be asserted.
9.8 Refund: If the merchandise is unavailable, Périnée Suisse Sàrl will promptly issue a credit memo to refund any advance payment that has already been made.
- Liability and Damages.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods sold is transferred at the time the goods are handed over to Swiss Post or the carrier; Périnée Suisse Sàrl is no longer liable once the shipping code has been provided.
- Retention of title.
Until full payment has been made, the merchandise remains the property of Périnée Suisse Sàrl.
12. Warranty.
12.1. Products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is at least 2 years.
12.2 The warranty is issued by Périnée Suisse Sàrl if it is the brand’s authorized representative.
12.3 The customer is responsible for retaining the warranties for the products purchased.
12.4 In the absence of these documents, it will not be possible to assert any rights in this matter.
12.5 In all cases, the statutory provisions take precedence.
12.6 At the customer’s request, Périnée Suisse Sàrl may offer a maintenance contract with specific terms and conditions.
13 Reserved obligations.
Périnée Suisse Sàrl is under no obligation to accept a registration or order, or to maintain an offer indefinitely. Orders may be canceled in cases of noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions.
14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
14.1 Périnée Suisse Sàrl is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such an amendment serves to eliminate imbalances that have arisen subsequently or to adapt them to any legal or technical requirements that have changed.
14.2 In the event of a revision, Périnée Suisse Sàrl will inform customers of the content of the amended regulations.
14.3 The amendment shall become an integral part of the existing contract if the customer does not object in writing to the incorporation of the amendment into the contractual relationship within four weeks of receiving notice of the amendment.
- Legal
15.1 In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Sierre in Valais, Switzerland. Swiss law shall apply.
15.2 The official language of reference for dispute resolution is French.
15.3 Except in cases of nonpayment, mediation and arbitration shall be the preferred methods for resolving disputes.
15.4 The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the dispute arises shall apply.
15.5 In the event that any individual provision of the contract, including these rules, proves to be partially or wholly unenforceable, or becomes so, or if the contract contains an unforeseen omission, this shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining provisions or parts thereof. The applicable statutory provisions shall then replace the unenforceable or missing provisions.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property
16.1 The above Terms and Conditions of Sale ARE NOT protected by copyright.
Périnée Suisse Sàrl expressly grants the right to use, distribute, copy, and modify these materials, in whole or in part, without claiming any rights or compensation. A token of gratitude from those who use them to those who created them is appreciated.

Right of Withdrawal – Right to Return
1 The customer may exercise their optional right to return the merchandise within 3 days of receiving it. The sales contract is terminated as soon as the merchandise is returned within the specified time limit.
1.1 The right to return is, however, subject to the following conditions:
1.1.1 The products sold are delivered in the condition specified in the product description. They must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. They must not show any signs of use. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
1.1.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the exception of intimate apparel, and the packaging must not be damaged. At most, open. If there are signs of use, you will be billed.
1.1.3 Périnée Suisse Sàrl reserves the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the above conditions.
- Items must be returned to:
Périnée Suisse S.A.R.L.

- Postage and shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- Refunds are always issued to the bank account for which the customer must provide the exact details when returning the merchandise.
- Périnée Suisse Sàrl shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the transmission of bank information. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the IBAN and account information are accurate and that they have access to the account into which the refund for their purchase will be deposited.
