Medintim MES Vacuum – Manual Erection Pump

The Vacuum MES (Manual Erection System) is Medintim’s manual erection pump: a CE-certified medical device recommended by urologists for over 20 years to treat erectile dysfunction without medication. Its manual operation allows for precise control of the vacuum pressure, making it the gold standard for penile rehabilitation. By creating a vacuum inside the cylinder, blood flows into the corpora cavernosa, and an erection is mechanically induced in less than two minutes. A constriction ring slipped onto the base of the penis then maintains the erection for intercourse: no medication, no injection. The ring is also helpful in cases of slight leakage during intercourse, as it retains urine at the base of the penis. For mild incontinence: the manual model is preferable to the electric one.
